The Evenflo Blonde 2 Brunette set from Perma Blend, made in collaboration with Lulu Siciliano, contains 4 shades of blonde and brown permanent make-up pigments suitable for Fitzpatrick skin tones 1-6.
A perfect balance between organic and inorganic ingredients ensures that the pigment enters the skin easily, and fades to a neutral tone. Pre-modified for ease of use and with a high pigment load, these shades can be used alone or mixed with other PMU pigments.
